Dylan O’Brien was spotted arriving at Taylor Swift‘s New York City apartment with a sizable bouquet of red roses ahead of the premiere of her short film All Too Well.

The 30-year-old actor made sure that the flowers were delivered to the 31-year-old singer as he conversed with several individuals outside her residence.

O’Brien stars alongside actress Sadie Sink in Swift’s directorial debut film inspired by the lyrics to her 2012 hit All Too Well – which she recently released an extended version of to accompany her album Red (Taylor’s Version).

O’Brien kept it casual in a dark green crewneck sweater as he spent time outside of Swift’s apartment.

All Too Well: The Short Film premiered earlier today at New York City’s AMC Lincoln Center.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, O’Brien, Swift and Sadie Sink, who starred in the featurette, were met with loud cheers from their adoring fans at the screening.

The hitmaker went on to express that, although she previously found it difficult to play the title song, she had become much more confident in her abilities as a singer and filmmaker.

The short film showcases various moments from a relationship and breakup between two figures, known as Him and Her.

Swift herself also appears at the end of the feature and was billed as Her, Later On.

During an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Swift noted via Decider that she was interested in collaborating with individuals whom she personally admired. 

‘I like working with friends or people who I think would be excited about working with me,’ she said.

The You Belong With Me singer then expressed that she was happy to have collaborated with individuals who would help her through the filmmaking process. 

‘I’ve never made a short film before. I needed to reach out to people who would maybe believe that I was capable with it. I’m just blown away by what they did — they went out and left it all on the field,’ she said.

Swift also remarked that O’Brien and Sink were ‘the only two people I imagined playing [these roles]’ and that, had the Stranger Things actress not been interested in the part, ‘I don’t think I would’ve made [All Too Well: The Short Film].’
